01Agent revenue and evidence
Agent revenue is on every plan, with the plan’s history: 7 days on Scout, 90 days on Radar and Command. Every agent order gets an evidence pack you can download as PDF and JSON from the Agent revenue page. Order data comes from WooCommerce today. How attribution works.
02Session limits
Your storefront is never affected by a limit. Past it, new agent sessions stop being recorded until the limit resets: every 7 days on Scout, at the start of each month on Radar and Command. Upgrading resumes recording within about 15 minutes.
03Billing
- Annual plans save about 25%.
- Month-to-month, cancel any time; annual plans are pro-rated on cancellation.
- Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
- On Shopify, billing runs through Shopify; everywhere else, through our payment provider.
